Product Description

AmpliFire is an exceptional amp tone and multi-effects pedal. A powerful and portable device, it is small enough to fit in the front pocket of a gig bag yet potent enough to please even the most discriminating tube amp purists and effects aficionados. With its world-class, patented amp modeling technology and the ability to load 3rd party speaker impulses it can faithfully recreate the experience of playing through the greatest guitar amps of all-time.

We designed Amplifire as an instrument that we, as guitar players, wanted for ourselves. This meant it had to sound/feel authentic and amazing while being easy-to-use, transport and be road rugged all without breaking the bank.

Amplifire is equally capable of being a complete rig replacement or part of a larger pedal board and/or outboard processing rig.

  1. Surprisingly good for the money 5 Star Review

This is a surprisingly capable unit, given how much it costs. Great feature set - a little slimmer than more expensive units, but all the most important amps and effects are here, and the ability to use custom impulse responses for cabs is excellent.

    A couple of problems:
    - If you set up the footswitches as preset switchers, you can't use them to activate a tuner
    - There are no pitch-based effects (whammy pedal, harmoniser)

Other than that, it's a stellar unit. I like the small size, and the reasonable price.

  2. Really awesome amp modeller 4 Star Review

Fantastic and flexible piece of gear. Awesome tube tones without the volume tube amps require to sound nice. Wish I'd waited for the Amplifire12 though, the 12 switch layout is what I need. Custom impulse responses are the gateway to better sounds.

  3. Awesome tone in a tiny form factor! 5 Star Review

Packed with great sounding amps and the ability to use 3rd party cabinet impulse responses make this a great unit for the price.

Not a huge palette of effects on board but enough to cover the basics. The Amplifire works well with other pedals so it's easy to hook up with your favourite ... I'm using it in conjunction with an Eventide H9 and a Plutonium Chi WahWah and it sounds fantastic... everything fits in my guitar flight case!
